English: Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a final consumer who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, without VAT number, he/she can exercise the right of withdrawal at any time if he/she is not satisfied with the goods purchased, by communicating to us within 3 days of delivery, the desire to return them. To exercise this right, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the registered office of Mondo Digitale at the address: Discesa case arse n 20 - 88100 Catanzaro (CZ) within and no later than 14 working days of receiving the goods, or communicate everything via the contact form. The goods to be returned must arrive intact and in their original packaging, complete with all their parts. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audiovisual products and computer software (including those attached to hardware) once opened and to products that arrive in the warehouse after the expected terms. The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer and the shipment is under their responsibility. In case of damage during transport the customer will be notified immediately so that they can file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund, only if the shipment is insured (if the shipment is not insured Mondo Digitale is not to be held responsible in any way in case of theft or loss of the goods). The customer will be refunded within 7 days of the arrival of the goods in the warehouse, using the same payment method used during the purchase (it will be the customer's responsibility to provide all the necessary data for the refund).
