These conditions of sale regulate every purchase contract concluded between Mondo Digitale and the customer. The data and prices relating to the products on the site may be modified at any time without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT. After confirmation of the order, we will send a descriptive email with a summary of the order, so that the customer can check the data entered and make changes if they deem it necessary, in the event of errors or for other reasons. If for any reason the order is not accepted, the customer will be notified immediately by email. By purchasing from us, the customer declares that he has read our general conditions of sale and accepts them and once the order has been concluded, he must print and keep these conditions of sale in compliance with art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 which regulate distance selling. The products will be shipped via express courier and Mondo Digitale shall not be held liable in any way in the event of a delay in delivery or for any damage caused by the courier during transport. Before collecting the package, the customer must check that the packaging is intact and does not show signs of tampering, in which case they must accept it with reservation, writing the damage found on the courier's document and must then immediately notify us by email. If the package is not accepted with reservation of inspection, Mondo Digitale cannot be held responsible in any way in the event of refusal to exchange goods or refund. If the courier does not find anyone in the first delivery attempt, they will try a second time and if the package is not collected, it will remain in storage at their warehouses for 5 days, after which it will return to the sender and the order will be cancelled. Mondo Digitale will ask the customer for the shipping costs incurred.
