All products for sale on mondialstore are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty lasting one year for those purchasing with a VAT number (indicated in the documentation provided with the products) and by a 24-month warranty, only for those purchasing without a VAT number, for conformity defects (article D.Lgs 206/2005).

To take advantage of the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) which will be received by email immediately after the goods have been shipped.

The warranty may require assistance at an authorized service center.

If after the intervention the defect is found not to be covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the customer will have to cover the verification and restoration costs incurred.

Also for the 24-month warranty, if after the intervention of an authorized service center the defect is not found to be a conformity defect, the customer will have to cover the verification and restoration costs incurred.

Replacements in case of DOA (dead on arrival: product not working upon delivery) are carried out only if provided for by the manufacturer and within the time limits established by them.

If the product under warranty cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with the same product or with one of equal value having the same characteristics.

The product to be repaired or replaced must arrive in its original packaging complete with all its parts, including the supplied documentation and invoice, and must not show any signs of tampering.
