Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is an end consumer who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, without a VAT number, they may exercise the right of withdrawal at any time if the goods are defective or the products received are not those ordered, by notifying us of their intention to return.

To exercise this right, the customer must send, within and no later than 3 working days from receipt of the goods, a registered letter with return receipt to the registered office of Mondo Digitale at the address: Discesa case arse n 20 - 88100 Catanzaro (CZ) or communicate everything via email or telephone. 

The goods to be returned must be intact, in the original packaging and complete with all parts, within 14 working days from the date of approval of the return request by us.

Audiovisual products and sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material) once opened, and products that arrive at the warehouse after the specified deadlines, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer and the shipment is under their responsibility.

In case of damage during transport, the customer will be immediately notified so that they can file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund, only if the shipment is insured (if the shipment is not insured, Mondo Digitale cannot be held responsible in any way in case of theft or loss of the goods).

The customer will be refunded within 20 days of the goods arriving at the warehouse, using the same payment method used during the purchase (it is the customer's responsibility to provide all the necessary data for the refund).
